Crewe Alexandra Football Club Company Limited is a wholly owned (100%) subsidiary of  Crewe Alexandra Group Limited. Individuals with a beneficial interest of more than 10% are R J Rowlinson (Alexandra Securities) 18.47% and C H Grant 11.74%.
